Having missed the Super Bowl, I missed that ad, but I am seeing the Dockers "BE A MAN" ads plastered all over the subways and bus stops. All questions of sexism aside, I'm not sure how the negative emotional association of having my masculinity challenged is going to increase my odds of buying their clothing.
