Busy week in school, busy week in the lab. Hopefully I'll be starting my own experiments soon, rumor being they will be binding assays. Tedious, but a gateway drug to deeper evils. Oh, next week every class is having an exam since they're all on the "three exams a semester" schedule.

I wish I had some interesting story in which the world could delight and chuckle, but alas, this was a shockingly uneventful week. I wasn't told by my supervisor that I'm not allowed to show n00bs around because I'm a bad influence or that I scare her, nothing broke (though I do have an epic bruise on my lower abdomen from my bike), and my friends have been busy as well, so interaction has been patchy. My sister still thinks my high school chemistry teacher is hot and won't shut up about him, and I still find this amusing as all hell.

I need to start sewing my Halloween costume liek now. I just need to decide which one I'm doing. I still want to do Phoenix Wright, especially if Vicky is still going to be Maya and Hillel is going to be Max Galactic. And I came up with the concept of an anthropomorphic bishounen Brian Griffin; that one has potential. Now I'm going to get shot or end up on Something Awful for even thinking that up.

Oh oh oh. Dr. Marten's gave me a 15% off coupon for their fall stuff. Not like I'm enough of a whore to that company as it is or anything. Those black/white wingtip shoes are looking pretty suave.
