Art, and a break

Got out of lab way early so I could finish my lab report and study for my biochem exam tomorrow. Score. Don't know if I'll make it to THEM at all tonight; depends on how much work I get done. If I do, no reconvene for sure.

I have to admit, I'm pretty damn proud of this. Second try at pen-tooling a sketch in Photoshop.

Tomorrow is Halloween. This fills me with great excitement in my pants. Granted, given how much I started sweating even walking back from the lab (it's damn near November and still highs in the mid-90s), I don't know if I'll want to go to class/work in costume, especially given that it's one of the post-doc's birthdays tomorrow and we're going to Macayo's. A three-piece suit and a wig are not wear for this weather. I'll make a judgment call tomorrow. Can't guarantee it will be a good one.
