The fact that someone else can make money selling a novel that is essentially fan fiction of Twilight... speaks more about how badly written Twilight is than the fan fiction itself.
That said, wow... that article. I can't believe they used Turnitin.com. I haven't seen people using that for... years. But, with the names and a few of the prepositions being the only thing not red-flagged... um... wouldn't that be considered plagiarism, and therefore lawsuit? O_O
