Well, on a whim, I'm applying to Stanford now. Thankfully all of the UC schools are common app; it's three birds with one big, obnoxious stone.

Oddly none of the UC schools nor the University of Arizona accept recommendation letters. (And if they do and I missed it tell me NOW; I searched all over the websites.) I hope this does not hurt me; all of my junior year teachers promised dynamite letters, and after my SAT II Math IIC score I need a boost for the California schools. I know I'm set for Arizona and Texas.

December 1st, when the last application is postmarked / that last 'send' button has been pushed, I am going to embark upon an orgiastic whirl of hardcore partying. And I think everybody in my boat is with me on this. You know what I mean. Hardcore. Nerd Herd. Party.

As in we'll re-define 'hardcore'.

I just found something and thought of you. On one of my AMV sprees, I was looking for amvs to songs from Les Miserables. I discoverd one to my favorite song and ta-da! It was about SeishirouxSubaru, with footage from Tokyo Babylon, X TV and X movie. I just thought it was amusing. Have you see it? If not it is on animemusicvideos.org (you are a member right?) It is called 'Little Fall of Rain.' I haven't watched it cuz there are spoilers, but wanted you to know 'bout it. n_n

Hmm... I would think that they wouldn't not accept letters, unless I'm missing something. o.o I honestly don't know, perhaps you could call their undergraduate admissions offices and ask them?

I don't think they wouldn't not accept them, but they were never given as much of an option, or even a consideration factor. For graduate school, yeah, they're required; I assumed since they did not mention them anywhere for undergrad, they would not do much good.
