Fuck you, cancer; fuck you and your mutated-to-hell genome and frameshifts and for fucking the hell out of this goddamn alignment session. I've been staring at the trace for three straight hours now and the background noise is fucktastic.

And I swear all the non-silent mutations are in the very residues I need to match exactly. I'm not imagining this. I've done a tally. The only explanation is terrorists or aliens. Or both.

I have to present this fucking data on Thursday and I'm just going to show the many ways in which this is FUCKED TO HELL AND BACK.
