I went to Homecoming to see if my sister won queen. I kind of promised long ago by proxy I'd go if she was nominated, so I showed up late, as usual. Some kid I vaguely remember and who remembers my name asks me where my brother is. I have no brother. I ask him if he means my sister; he says no. I already knew where this was going as soon as he asked me about a brother everybody knows I don't have, but I waited until he said "But I thought Samson was your brother." I just waved my hands at him and said "No... no..." I didn't even feel like explaining. But damn, that was one I never saw coming.

Also, some girl in the lab whose name I forgot passed me in the back corridor while I was restocking, stopped, and said "You really like black, don't you?" I stared at her a moment to try to discern if this was a trick question, realized it wasn't, arched my eyebrows, and said "Yes. Yes, I do."

Huh.

Oh, I just finished (finally) Ouran High School Host Club. Squee for the cute. So much love for Honey and Mori. So much love for everybody. That show makes me smile so much, it's kind of lame.

Random note: I've never understood a rape fetish. (Yeah, I know, what do I expect on /b/ at 4chan and 7chan anyway?) It's never bothered me if I know it's staged or drawn nonsense, but I'll never understand why it's considered hotter to see somebody crying and disliking getting fucked in the ass than to see two (or more) people thoroughly enjoying themselves. Concentual is WAY hotter, kthx. Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic.
