So, Thursday's storm. Yeah. That was fucking epic. When I find my USB cable I will upload pictures of the damage done to Mill Ave before it got cleaned up. ladyseiryuu's driving kept us alive when we were on the 202 and visibility suddenly dropped to zero; I'm not exaggerating. She and miwasatoshi and I went to survey the aftermath at 1 AM.

So I keep forgetting that Yaoi-con is in just under a month now and FUCK I NEED TO SECURE AN AIRPLANE TICKET FOR THAT. And a jabot (fabula_umbrae, you said you had pattern?). And I need to know if I should show up late Thursday night or ass o'clock Friday morning.

Re-watched the first five episodes of Cowboy Bebop last night for the benefit of an audience unfamiliar with it. God I love that show something fierce. I wanted to punch somebody who said "Meh, it's okay. Main character with shady past, whatever," and was serious about it. It's HOW you tell it that matters so much, and Bebop excels at the HOW.
