At least it's progress on SOMETHING.
Jun. 21st, 2009 03:12 am( I finally finished the guitar strap I was knitting for Fathers' Day. )
This took something like the entire first season of Arrested Development (that was my Saturday night: watching it with the family, because I am nonstop cool like that) and half of the first season of Dexter to finish, plus some other spotty work at weird times. I really wanted to finish it today, because it would be nice for once in my life to have a gift ready the day it is due. Also, now I can focus on cosplay faggotry without feeling guilty. Once this con is over I can finally focus more on GRE studying and writing and all of that scholarly crap.
I need to find a wig. I haven't even thought about that yet. Fuck.
It's a little disturbing to think about how much stereotypically domestic stuff I've been doing lately. Sewing and knitting. I'm turning into Kanji. But I finally bought a bo on Friday, so I guess that balances it all out.
